Tasting notes
Nose
Opens with red berries and dark fruits, followed by vanilla and a creamy note, think vanilla scone with clotted cream and jam.
Palate
Dark redcurrants, figs, dates, nuts, and a subtle tannic grip. With water, vanilla steps forward and a delicate rosewater aroma appears. Reduced, the palate becomes juicier and more tropical.

Soft caramel syrup.
