    A muscular and herbaceous Highland single malt, distilled in 2011 and bottled at 56.5%. This refill hogshead lets the malt shine—delivering grassy oils, lemon balm, and stone fruit over a rich cereal core. A quiet powerhouse with poise.
  2. Whispering Waters – Braeval 9.97 Year (Speyside)
    Matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead, this dark-fruited Speysider is opulent and rich. Raisins, espresso, and fig preserve dominate the palate, balanced by 60.2% cask strength intensity and a lingering nutty finish.
  3. Whispering Waters – North British 35 Year (Lowland, Single Grain)
    An extraordinary single grain whisky from 1989, aged in a single refill barrel. Bottled at 46%, it offers layers of honeycomb, aged oak, warm vanilla, and a whisper of mint. An elegant, contemplative dram from a lost era.
