Limited to Just 72 Bottles

With only 72 bottles available worldwide, this release is a true collector's item. Event attendees will have the first opportunity to secure their bottle, with a limited number available for pre-order starting May 1, 2025, exclusively at The Whiskey Lab.

Distinctive Features of Distillation:

• Extended Fermentation: Teaninich’s fermentation process lasts a minimum of 75 hours, far exceeding the typical duration, enhancing complexity and flavor depth.
• Innovative Milling Technology: Utilizes Scotland's only hammer mill that produces an ultra-clear wort without the need for a traditional mash tun. 

These result in a distillate with notable floral and Japanese grass notes without any hints of acidity. 

Exceptional Cask Influence:

• Unlike standard sherry casks, this whisky matured exclusively in a first-fill Amontillado Sherry Octave—a smaller-sized cask providing maximum wood-to-spirit interaction. The result is an exceptionally vibrant, deeply layered dram bursting with rich sweetness, refined nuttiness, and delicate spice. This unique octave maturation accelerated complexity and imparted an unparalleled depth, crafting a whisky as rare as it is flavorful.

Nose

Palate
