Shipping & Delivery
All alcohol orders are processed and fulfilled by a licensed third-party retailer in Washington, D.C. (“the Retailer”). The Whiskey Lab does not sell alcohol directly — purchases are made from the Retailer, who handles payment, shipping, and delivery.
Where We Ship
Shipping is available within the U.S. where permitted by law.
We currently cannot ship to Michigan, Utah, South Dakota, or Tennessee.
Adult Signature Required
All deliveries require an adult signature (21+) and valid government-issued ID. Carriers cannot leave packages unattended.
Processing & Shipping
Please allow up to 3 business days for the Retailer to process your order before carrier hand-off. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.
Weather Holds
To protect product quality, shipments may be placed on hold during periods of extreme heat or cold.
Please note: placing a shipment on hold may delay or disrupt delivery, and The Whiskey Lab and the Retailer cannot be held responsible for any shipments that fail to reach their final destination after a hold is applied.
Delivery & Returns
If a delivery is missed or refused, carriers typically attempt delivery multiple times before returning the package.
Return shipping, reshipment, or restocking fees may apply per the Retailer’s policy.
