Two remarkable single cask whiskies from Uncharted Whisky Co., each defined by its own extreme character and depth.
Thunderstruck is a 7-year-old single malt from Auchroisk Distillery, matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask. It is bold, dark, and unrestrained, bottled at natural cask strength and un-chill filtered. The sherry influence is immense, with layers of sticky toffee, nutmeg, leather, and chocolate that linger long after each sip.
Ruby Tuesday is a 28-year-old single grain from Girvan Distillery, finished in a rare tawny port cask that held port for more than sixty years. The result is rich and elegant, with deep red fruit, clove spice, and creamy sweetness balanced by oak and maturity.
Together they represent two sides of Scotch whisky: youthful power and refined grace. Both are bottled exclusively for The Whiskey Lab, natural color, never repeated.
