Fib's notes: fresh berries and sticky pomegranate seeds on the nose, rich velvety figs on the palate, and a finish that runs semi-dry and very long. Put it next to the ex-rye bottling and you are tasting what eight months of Port wood does to one cask of Indian malt. The company was founded with the late Aedan Burt, who imported this very cask, and released its first bottlings in late 2022.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe house rule is \u003cstrong\u003ebold, never bland\u003c\/strong\u003e. Nothing coloured, nothing chill filtered, everything at cask strength.
