The cask strength was reading in the high sixties! However, when we tasted it, we realized that there was no mistake- it was full bodied, full flavored and absolutely wild- a definite Bat Out Of Hell. We tasted it at lots of different strengths- it’s natural 69.0% was too high to be enjoyed by most people. So we set about balancing drinkability while maintaining a kicking abv strength. We settled at 60.0%.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs always…. Un-filtered.
